Printable are digital files that you can print at home or at you favorite print shop. It’s usually a PDF file. These files are intended for DIY (do it yourself) party decoration.

Most of our printable come in PDF format. Invitations will be sent in either PDF or JPEG format (or both), so you can print them at home or at your favorite photo printing shop.

These files will only work with Adobe Reader. Please make sure you have the latest version of Adobe Reader installed. You can download it for free at http://get.adobe.com/reader.

No, these files won’t work on a mobile device. You will need to download, edit and print the files from a laptop or desktop computer.

• All PDF files come in a standard A4 size
• For most items in the shop, like the cupcake toppers, cupcake, banners and hangings, we recommend a card-stock paper (180-200gsm or above).
• For bottle labels you can use adhesive paper.
• For backdrop you can print from print shop on vinyl .
• For cutouts welcome signs and milestone sign you can use paper or any kind of board like Foam board/ Coroplast 4mm.

You can print the files as many times as you like, as long as it is for your own PERSONAL use.

Custom colors or Design are available for an additional fee. Please use the contact form in our Contact page to send us your request.

Files that require customization on our end will be sent to your email address within 2 BUSINESS DAYS of receipt payment. Non customized files will be sent to your email address within 1-2 BUSINESS DAYS of receipt payment.

There is currently no time limit on the download links. However, If you have lost or misplaced your files, you can contact us to request a reset of your download links.
Please note that only active product links can be reactivated. Files that have been retired from our website cannot be reactivated. It is your responsibility to back up your files to your computer and backup system.

• White cardstock in A4 or letter size for paper items.
• Scissors
• Scotch tape or Glue for taping toothpicks to cupcake toppers, sticks to props or table toppers.
• Ribbon for all kinds of banners .
• A bit of time, usually in front of the TV or chatting with friends, cutting your printable.

Make sure you’re opening the file with Adobe Reader (free download at http://get.adobe.com/reader), and that your printer has sufficient ink levels. Please note that colors vary from printer to printer and often look slightly different on paper from what you see on the screen.
For best results, make sure that you are printing in high quality; no scaling (actual size) and that you have selected the correct paper type.

You need to adjust the printing settings to make sure you’re printing the files at 100%, with no scaling. Select “Actual Size” or “Page Scaling-None” under the Page Handling & Size option. This will ensure the files print out at the correct size.

• You should get an email with the order receipt and download link after payment confirmation. If you gave us the right email address but you didn’t find this email in your inbox, please check your Spam folder.
• If you’ve purchased a printable that requires customization on our end, the file will be sent to your email address within 1-2 BUSINESS DAYS of payment confirmation.
