Refund policy

Returns and Exchanges :

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order, we’re here to help! We accept returns or exchanges of non-personalized items within 20 days of purchase with proof of purchase.

Please note the following exceptions to our return policy:·

  • Personalized items are completely non-returnable, or nonrefundable unless received wrong item.
  • Discounted sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Item(s) must be unused
  • Item(s) must be in the original packaging and in the same condition as it was received in.
  • Halloween & Christmas items are non- returnable.

Any items returned not in their original condition or is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error or if returned more than 20 days after purchase will not be offered refund.

We only replace items with another of the same item if they are defective or damaged.


To initiate a return or exchange, complete the following steps:

  1. Email us at: info@thememyparty.ca  to discuss your return or exchange.
  2. Print a copy of your invoice as proof of purchase. Be sure to enclose this with your return. Any returns without a copy of the invoice will not be processed.
  3. Return the item(s) to:

Please note:  You are responsible for paying any shipping costs associated with returning your item(s). Shipping costs born for sending the items, are non-refundable and will be deducted from any refund.

If you are returning an item, we suggest using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your return.

Once we have received and inspected your return, you will be notified by email if there are any issues with the return.

Any exchanges will be sent upon receipt of the original item. You will receive an email with your new tracking information.

All refunds will be applied to the original method of payment.

Late or Missing Refunds (where applicable)

If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your original method of payment.

If you paid by credit card, it may take a few days before the refund is posted to your account. Please contact your credit card company to follow up.
