How much does my shipping cost?
The shipping cost is calculated based on Zip Code, Weight of the item and/or size and value of the order.
Shipping is calculated at the time of check out once you add your address and Zip code. Remote locations, oversize or heavy items may be subject to Additional Shipping Charge. Should this occur, we will be in contact with you before shipping your order.
Can I get free shipping?
Yes, Shipping in free if your order value is more than $150. Shipping will be free at the checkout.
When will my order ship?
Non Personalized orders received on weekdays before 12:00 pm MST (11:00 am PST/ 2:00 pm EST) will ship the next day. Orders placed after our cut-off time and on weekends and holidays (including BC only holidays) will ship the next business day. Pleasenote that if a holiday falls on a weekend, the Monday after or Friday prior will count as a Holiday, as couriers do not pick up or deliver in such dates. Shipping will be the next business day after the holiday and your estimated delivery time will be extended by one extra day. For Personalized orders, we send our first draft within 24 hrs to customer. Products take another one working day to get that print from the day customer approve the final design for print.
For printable file, non-personalized files are generally send within 24 hrs of the working days. For personalized files, its take another 24 hrs of the working days from the day customer approve the final draft of his/her order.
When will my order arrive?
Estimated delivery times as posted by our carriers are indicated at checkout page for every shipping option.
For any expedited delivery, Pls chat with our customer service team, they will help you out with all the options & prices for the same like Ground, Standard, Expedited and Priority, as applicable
Kindly note that estimated delivery dates/timelines are estimate as provided by the couriers companies we work with and are not guaranteed by us. Theme My Party does not refund the cost of shipping fees regardless of the circumstance. Please refrain from placing your order if you do not agree with our Shipping Policy and our Terms and Conditions.
If you have lesser time, you can opt for our printable PDF files options which we can send quickly. Please chat to our customer service team & share your date of event to understand if PDF files can be send even less than 12 hrs & the you can take the printout yourself.
You will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail that includes your parcel’s tracking information with a link to the courier’s tracking page. Look for our shipping confirmation e-mail on your spam folder if not received within two business days from the day of your order.
Do you offer Curbside Pick Up?
Our Surrey/Langley/Abbotsford/Vancouver/Westminster/Coquitlam customers are welcome to pick up their order at our warehouse & save on the shipping cost. If you want to your oders pls chat with our customer service team on WhatsApp/Text @+16048353844 before you place the order. Our team will inform your when your order will be ready to pick up. Warehouse operating days and hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. Still our team will love to serve you in case of urgency. But for that all the details must be discussed with our customer service team upfront.
Can my parcel be shipped to a different location?
We can ship a parcel to an address different than the billing address.The Shipping Address and Billing Address (as well as all customer information fields) must befilled in by the customer during checkout.
Our website does not auto-correct or edit in anyway any of these fields. It is important that shipping and billing addresses are entered correctly to ensure the safe and timely delivery of a parcel to its destination.
Theme My Party is not responsible for errors on customer-entered shipping information, including missing buzzer numbers, incorrect postal or ZIP codes, addresses etc. Orders that are returned to our warehouse due to incorrect or missing information or where not picked up from a courier’s depot or community box will incur in additional shipping charges / return postage.
Can anyone receive my parcel?
All carriers are exercising 'Contact-less' delivery methods these days, therefore it is standard for the carriers'mailman to drop off the parcel at a residence front door or your community mailbox. When an order is marked as "Delivered" by the courier, but you don't see it at your front door or building's reception, check your community mailbox. We don't have any more information on location of parcels that that shown on the courier's website. No signature option is available at this time.
Rush Deliveries
When a rush delivery is required, Pls chat with our Customer Service team on WhatsApp/Text @ +16048353844. They will be happy to help you out with appropriate delivery option available along with pricing for the same.
Theme My Party is happy to quote on special packs and assortments of merchandise. If one or several products you need for a special order are not available or you need a larger quantity than what is on stock at any given time, we will order from our suppliers and consolidate one shipment, unless back-ordered item is unshipped 2 weeks before the holiday. Allow 2-4 business days for out of stock items. Theme My Party will confirm shipment date at the time we receive your order. For large / special orders, please contact us in advance.
